The out-of-area network agreement offers an extended system of providers—including doctors, hospitals and specialists—available to members at in-network benefit levels when they travel or live outside the Plan’s primary service area. This strategic agreement enhances St. Luke’s Health Plan’s commitment to providing affordable, hassle-free health coverage for individuals, families and employer groups across southwest and south-central Idaho.

Accidents and illnesses can happen, and having access to medical care ensures our members can receive prompt treatment.”

Beginning January 1, 2026, individual and family plan members will gain access to the Cigna Healthcare® PPO Network. Employer-sponsored plans will also be included, with transition details to be shared directly with client groups and their brokers.
