We are pleased to announce that our employer group clients have access to an exclusive pricing model for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through BPA Health.

Employees who are members of St. Luke’s Health Plan can connect with a therapist (in-person or virtual) and access other life resources, including support for:

  • Behavioral health, including substance use disorders

  • Financial guidance, such as debt management
  • Legal consultations

When employees have access to early intervention and support, it can help reduce absenteeism, improve productivity and boost engagement at work. Through the BPA collaboration with St. Luke’s Health Plan, your employees and covered dependents receive up to five sessions of meaningful, solution-focused counseling. It also includes:

  • Concierge referrals. BPA Health directly contacts providers to confirm availability. With this hands-on approach, members are typically connected with a provider within one to three business days, ensuring timely access to in-network care.
  • Critical incident response. Immediate, on-site or virtual support to help organizations and staff navigate unexpected workplace events or crises.
